Billing issues, correct plan not populating

Hi there, I’m looking for help with a billing issue

TLDR; I’ve been putting my card in to upgrade my plan, and in Stripe it shows that we have Ship, but in the LiveKit billing page it’s showing we’re still on Build, which is causing issues for our app :frowning:

Have tried this on multiple accounts now

What is the project ID you are upgrading. It will be in the URL when looking at your dashboard and will start with p_

How long ago did you upgrade. The dashboard maybe caching from a little bit.
