Billing issue my plan is not updated after payment

I’ve paid for ship plan and my account still showing build I have the invoice and everything
where to manage subscriptions i have under “ship‘ select plan current plan : build I recieved payemnt confirmation on email

Hi Ahmed,

I see that project p_5p6107ekj7z has been upgraded to the ship plan, ‘Interviewer’, is it possible that you are looking at the settings for some of your other projects, which I see are still under the build plan?

Thanks so much yes the team helped on the email as well, It’s something I didnt know that the plans are project based I thought its account based, since i paid for that project before i just followed the email link and I went back to another project
