Build plan — How to verify shared remaining WebRTC minutes and bandwidth?

Hello LiveKit Community,

I’m using the LiveKit Cloud Build (free) plan for a small private video meeting pilot.

The dashboard shows that usage limits are shared, but I couldn’t find a way to check the remaining shared WebRTC participant minutes and downstream data transfer allowance.

Before running my test, I need to verify that my account has at least:

  • 600 WebRTC participant minutes remaining

  • 8 GB of downstream data transfer remaining

The project dashboard currently shows no recorded WebRTC usage or downstream transfer, but I understand that project-level figures may not reflect the full shared allowance.

Is there an official dashboard page, documented API, or support channel where I can verify these minimum amounts across all relevant free projects for the current billing cycle?

I would like to remain on the Build plan without upgrading.

Thank you for your guidance!

As far as I can see, you only have the one project associated with your email address (the email you logged into this community with).

If you create another project, it will share the usage, but unless I’m missing something, I don’t see that you have more than one project (and the project you do have has 0 usage)

Thank you, Darryn!

Just to confirm: since my account has only one Build project and its usage is currently zero, can I safely consider that at least 600 WebRTC participant minutes and 8 GB of downstream transfer are available for my pilot in the current billing cycle?

I appreciate your help!

Yes, that’s right. Good luck with your pilot. Limits on build are 5000 WebRTC minutes and 50GB respectively, Pricing | LiveKit (at the time of writing)
