Inbound calls ending by livekit when there is no activity from user for around 20-30 sec

I’m using Twilio telephony, An inbound call was made to the twilio number which is connected to Livekit Via SIP. Call was going good and after sometime (Around 30 secs) call got ended by itself. Twilio says call ended by “callee”. I verified PCAP logs of both twilio and livekit. In both PCAP says BYE request was raised by livekit.

Note: We have been using livekit successfully without any issues for 1000s of calls everyday.

I am having an issue finding that room. Can I get the session id? It will start with RM_ or the SIP CallID that starts with SCL_?

It will also be helpful to know roughly when this happened in UTC.
