Managed deployment agent status

for an agent I have deploted on livekit managed, lk agent status seems to be frequntly oscillating between “updating” and “running”. I am on a paid plan, and the agent seems to be dispatching just fine. I’m wondering what the cause for this oscillation could be. I see no errors in the build logs.

Another interesting tidbit- an old revision has been draining for >2hrs, is this normal?

update: it looks like my deployment is failing the health check and on a restart cycle
