Unable to Access Company Workspace After Team Invitation

I opened an account with my company email. The administrator created a new account for production and added me to the team. I received the invitation email, but when I log in I enter my own space, not the company’s. How can I access it?

If I look at the email address you are logged into this forum with, it is not your company email. My guess is that there is a cache or cookie somewhere being reused, and trying with Incognito (or a different browser entirely) will let you log in.

I trying to access with Incognito but there is no choice to select enviroment. I only can see my own space no the company space.

There isn’t a concept of spaces, or being able to switch between accounts.

Once you are logged into an account, you can choose between any projects you created in that account, but to switch to a new account (for example, from personal to company) you would need to log out and then log back in again.

To log out, click on the initial to the right of the project selector in the cloud dashboard, cloud.livekit.io, then select sign out in the resulting modal
