Urgent: Candidates Unable to Connect to Room — Signal Connection Error

We are experiencing a critical issue where candidates are unable to connect to rooms. The error is occurring repeatedly across multiple rooms for a certain user and is impacting live interview sessions in production.

I see this also posted to LiveKit email support under ticket #48903, since this issue is marked as ‘Urgent’ and this forum is best-effort, the email support is the route to go.

@Vishal_Maurya I am curious why you put urgentURGENT or CRITICAL on every post you make. I assume just habbit?
