I updated from the Build to the Ship plan because I ran into my transcoding egress limits of 60 minutes, and I’m basically recording the audio files. After making the payment, the dashboard shows Ship plan, but the limits and quota are still from the previous plan. When I start a session, I get the error logs of egress limits hit resource exhausted so it’s not just a dashboard display issue. I’ve tried refreshing the dashboard multiple times, and it’s still showing that, even though the Ship plan is activated, the limits are not being reflected as per the new plan.
I upgraded today and its been a couple of hours now.
One thing today it is April and only 1 day of the month left so could it be the new quotas for some reason are malfunctioning?
