Billing plan updated but changes not reflecting

I updated from the Build to the Ship plan because I ran into my transcoding egress limits of 60 minutes, and I’m basically recording the audio files. After making the payment, the dashboard shows Ship plan, but the limits and quota are still from the previous plan. When I start a session, I get the error logs of egress limits hit resource exhausted so it’s not just a dashboard display issue. I’ve tried refreshing the dashboard multiple times, and it’s still showing that, even though the Ship plan is activated, the limits are not being reflected as per the new plan.

I upgraded today and its been a couple of hours now.
One thing today it is April and only 1 day of the month left so could it be the new quotas for some reason are malfunctioning?

In this Agentsdashboard, it still shows 1000 mins. And I scrolled down to the billing page but didnt find any new limits as such.

Why are you looking in you statements for the change?

I am unable tot find the metered limits on any other page. The billing page somewhat shows the metered limits but they are stale.

The settings → projects page only shows concurrency and rate limits but not how many minutes of agent sessions/transcoding etc I have left.

Is there a particular page where I can see how many agent minutes and transcoding minutes I have left?

Did you look at the bottom of this page? https://cloud.livekit.io/projects/p_/settings/project?

Yes it only shows concurrency limits and not usage quota (like total agent mins used, total egreess used etc)
