Transfer Subscription Between Projects

Hi Team,

We realized that the subscription was purchased under the wrong project. The payment has already been completed, but it needs to be assigned to a different project.

Could you please help us transfer the active subscription from the current project to the correct one?

Hi there, I cannot see the email support channel on the portal you suggested below. We have exactly same issue. What can we do?

If you are on our ship plan or higher, you have access to email support. You can find our support email by logging into the cloud portal, cloud.livekit.io, then clicking on the “Support” button in the lower left. Your support options will be displayed, including the support email.

@addingtime the account you are signed into this portal with is only associated with projects under our free tier, that is why you do not see the email link for support.

We have exactly same issue. What can we do?

If you log in with the account associated with the paid subscription, you should see additional support options.

That’s exactly our issue here. The paid subscription was associated with a deleted project. The payment was done from this email account. We are stuck here. What should we do now?
