Hi, quick question about monthly quota resets.
The docs mention that LiveKit quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month. Does that happen at midnight UTC, or based on the account/project’s local timezone?
I’m trying to understand the exact reset time so I can plan usage around the month boundary.
